30 Day Fitness Challenges |Day 4 Update|

Alright, I am updating a little before I said I would but I wanted to tell you all how it was going right now. I am sore…sore for sure…but not crazy and the things are actually easier to get done than I thought. I thought that after like day two the wall sits would become too much because honestly I am really bad at those but I am still doing alright.

Numbers for Today:

  • 25 Squats
  • 25 Calf Raises
  • 10 bridges
  • 15 lunges
  • 200 Crunches
  • 100 Skater Slides
  • 40sec Wall Sit
  • 11 push-ups

It isn’t too difficult…although I did think it would be easier. I underestimated how long I had been away from the gym and how many ab workouts I haven’t done lately…but none the less I am very glad to be doing this.

I think that being sore from the gym is one of my favorite feelings, as miserable as that sounds I really love it because it reminds me I am workout out and getting fitter. It is a motivating feeling really.

I have read a lot of articles over the years about how getting fit is more the food you eat than the workout you do and I realize that I should be eating better too. Tomorrow I have a taco fest to go to so I can’t start until Monday but starting Monday I am going to eat healthier.

  • No Fried Foods
  • A Lot Less Sugar
  • More Fruits & Veggies
  • Just Water…not juice, lemonade, etc.

I don’t think that will be too terrible to stick to and I think it will make me feel better overall. I will be using fitness pal and logging what I eat so I can make another fitness post about that in a week or so and update you on that!
