I recently started going to the gym daily and eating better/ tracking my calories. This has helped a lot already, I feel more energetic and I feel more confident. So I thought the best way to document my progress would be to post on here as much as possible! I don’t completely hate my body but i want to eliminate back fat and get my flat abs back. Overall I just want to tone everything and hopefully lose about 10lbs.
So far today I have eaten 4 egg whites, 1 apple chicken sausage, 1 organic green apple, and the activate flat tummy tea. I also went and did 10min of cardio and 15 min of ab workouts. Today I was not able to do my normal hour long workout so I settled for what I said above.
Anyways, I don’t have much to write about yet however, I will keep you updated as I go!!
